Product Overview
Traditional poured concrete with wood-grain transfer is an advanced technique that is rarely executed perfectly on-site. The process of transferring the grain from timber to wet cement often leaves blurred lines and inconsistent depths that look like an imitation rather than a high-end finish. It's an expensive and risky way to achieve a specific hybrid texture.
Our Wood Pouring panels feature a precise hybrid wood-concrete texture on an 1160×2900mm flexible sheet. At 3-4mm thick, they combine the raw strength of a cement surface with the delicate grain of timber. This unique texture is perfect for creating a warm, industrial atmosphere in cafés, lofts, and creative offices.

Why Choose RINSUN Wood Pouring?
01. Artisanal Texture Quality
We use specialized molding techniques to confirm every grain of the wood is perfectly transferred into the mineral panel. You get a much higher level of detail than is possible with on-site cement pouring. It creates a truly unique, hand-crafted aesthetic for your project.
02. Warm Industrial Aesthetic
This texture bridges the gap between cold industrial concrete and warm natural timber. It's the perfect solution for designers who want the 'edge' of cement without losing the cozy feel of wood. It adds a sophisticated layer of visual interest to any room.
03. Zero Site Cleanup
There's no need for mixers, forms, or messy slurry on your job site. These panels arrive finished and ready to install with just adhesive. This keeps the site clean and safe, which is a major benefit in busy urban areas or high-rise projects.
04. Durability in Wet Areas
Unlike real wood, these panels will never absorb water or rot. They are a fantastic choice for luxury bathroom walls or spa surrounds where a wood-look texture is desired. They provide a permanent, water-proof solution for humid spaces.
05. Easy Handling and Cutting
Despite its robust look, the panel is lightweight and can be cut with standard hand tools. This allows for precise fitting around windows, doors, and electrical outlets without any specialized equipment. It's a very user-friendly material for contractors.
Wood Pouring: Product-specific comparison
This comparison is written for the selected flexible stone surface and its closest traditional alternative: natural timber cladding.
| Point | This flexible stone | natural timber cladding |
|---|---|---|
| Material | Wood Pouring flexible stone surface | Harvested timber boards |
| Maintenance | Routine cleaning; no re-oiling schedule | Periodic staining, oiling and inspection |
| Fire planning | MCM panel fire reports available by model | Timber treatment and code review required |
| Shape | Can follow gentle curves | Boards need joints or specialist shaping |
| Moisture | Composite surface does not rot | Timber needs moisture protection |

Installation notes for Wood Pouring
1. Prepare the substrate
For Wood Pouring, use a sound, dry and clean wall. Remove loose finishes and correct dampness before bonding the 3-4mm flexible stone panel.
2. Dry-fit the first panels
Check the 1160*2900 layout around openings, corners and trims before bonding.
3. Apply stone adhesive
Use the specified polymer-modified stone adhesive with a notched trowel. Press the panel firmly and keep the adhesive bed continuous.
4. Finish the joints
Butt panels neatly and finish visible gaps with a matching flexible sealant. Allow the adhesive to cure before loading the wall.
Final adhesive, substrate and sealing decisions should follow the project specification and the supplied technical data sheet.
