Creating soft, rounded parallel ridge lines with traditional stone or wood requires expensive custom machining and a massive amount of sanding to achieve a smooth finish. These individual pieces are difficult to align perfectly and the joints often look cluttered and unprofessional. The resulting wall is also very heavy and requires a substantial building structure to support it.
Our Round Line Stone panel features soft curved parallel channels with no sharp edges in 600×1200mm and 1200×2800mm or 2900mm sizes. At 4-6mm thick, these flexible stone panels offer a gentle and sophisticated architectural rhythm in all our regular colors. Installation notes for Round Line Stone
1. Prepare the substrate
Check the 600*1200 and 1200*28000/2900 layout around openings, corners and trims before bonding.
For thick or high-relief panels, use two installers and temporary supports until the adhesive reaches handling strength.
4. Seal exposed edges
On outdoor or wet-area work, seal cut edges and panel joints with a compatible flexible weather sealant.
Final adhesive, substrate and sealing decisions should follow the project specification and the supplied technical data sheet.
