Product Overview
Real coconut shell veneer are brittle, difficult to cut, and often suffer from inconsistent thickness that makes them hard to level. They are susceptible to rot if they get wet and the small pieces can fall off over time as the organic glue fails. Maintaining an even, clean look with natural shells is a constant struggle for facility managers.
We replicated the organic, rough-fibrous texture of coconut shells in our 600×1200mm Coconut panels. These 3-4mm thick sheets come in a clean White or Beige colorway, perfect for tropical or eco-themed spaces. They provide a high-contrast tactile surface for spas, bedrooms, and feature walls.

Installation notes for Coconut
1. Prepare the substrate
2. Dry-fit the first panels
Check the 600*1200 layout around openings, corners and trims before bonding.
3. Apply stone adhesive
Use the specified polymer-modified stone adhesive with a notched trowel. Press the panel firmly and keep the adhesive bed continuous.
4. Finish the joints
Butt panels neatly and finish visible gaps with a matching flexible sealant. Allow the adhesive to cure before loading the wall.
Final adhesive, substrate and sealing decisions should follow the project specification and the supplied technical data sheet.
