Traditional masonry grids are notoriously heavy and prone to cracking at the grout lines during building settlement. We engineered a flexible alternative that maintains a perfect geometric mesh without the structural burden. This panel stops the frustration of aligning individual pieces by providing a pre-set grid.

The 600x1200mm and massive 1200x2900mm sizes allow for rapid coverage with a 4-6mm profile depth. We offer this in all regular factory colors, making it a staple for modern office facades. The square channels create a sharp, architectural shadow play across the surface.

Installation notes for Square Line Stone

1.Prepare the substrate

For Square Line Stone, use a sound, dry and clean wall. Remove loose finishes and correct dampness before bonding the 4-6mm flexible stone panel.

2. Dry-fit the first panels

Check the 600*1200 and 1200*2800/2900 layout around openings, corners and trims before bonding.

3. Support deeper panels

For thick or high-relief panels, use two installers and temporary supports until the adhesive reaches handling strength.

4. Seal exposed edges

On outdoor or wet-area work, seal cut edges and panel joints with a compatible flexible weather sealant.

Final adhesive, substrate and sealing decisions should follow the project specification and the supplied technical data sheet.
