Product Overview
Achieving a raw, heavy industrial cement look with a deep aggregate face is a massive challenge with traditional materials. Real aggregate-face concrete is incredibly heavy, abrasive, and prone to losing its stones over time, creating a constant cleaning headache. It also requires a massive structural slab that is often impossible to add to an existing building.
We've captured the rugged, deep-textured look of raw poured concrete in our 1150×2900mm Cement Pouring panels. At 3-4mm thick, these panels offer a high-impact industrial face that is both lightweight and durable. They are the perfect choice for high-end automotive showrooms, industrial-themed restaurants, and urban lofts.

Why Choose RINSUN Cement Pouring?
01. Powerful Architectural Impact
The deep, raw texture of these panels creates an immediate focal point in any room. It has a presence and 'weight' that is usually only possible with massive concrete structures. It's the ultimate choice for a bold, uncompromising industrial design.
02. No Shedding of Aggregate
Unlike real aggregate concrete which can drop stones and create dust, our molded panels are solid and stable. The texture is an integral part of the mineral-composite panel. You get the rugged look without the constant maintenance and cleaning issues.
03. Renovation Friendly
You can get a heavy industrial look on a standard partition wall with just a few tubes of adhesive. This makes it possible to add a concrete aesthetic to a boutique or office without any major construction work. It's the most efficient way to achieve a raw industrial style.
04. Consistent Raw Finish
Getting a consistent aggregate face by hand is nearly impossible, often leading to patchy and unprofessional results. Our panels are factory-molded to confirm the texture is perfectly balanced and high-quality every time. You get a guaranteed result with no on-site risk.
05. Lightweight Handling
Despite its massive look, each panel weighs about 11kg. This allows for fast, safe installation on high walls without the need for mechanical lifts or heavy-duty anchors. It significantly lowers the labor and insurance risks on your job site.
Cement Pouring: Product-specific comparison
This comparison is written for the selected flexible stone surface and its closest traditional alternative: quarried stone cladding.
| Point | This flexible stone | quarried stone cladding |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Cement Pouring — 1150*2900, 3-4mm | Heavy quarried stone slab or veneer |
| Weight | Lightweight flexible stone panel | Much heavier stone assembly |
| Installation | Bond to a prepared wall | Specialist fixing or stone-setting system |
| Curves | Can follow suitable gentle curves | Rigid stone needs custom cutting |
| Maintenance | Product-specific cleaning and edge sealing | Stone sealing and joint maintenance |

Installation notes for Cosmic Stone
1. Prepare the substrate
For Cement Pouring, use a sound, dry and clean wall. Remove loose finishes and correct dampness before bonding the 3-4mm flexible stone panel.
2. Dry-fit the first panels
Check the 1150*2900 layout around openings, corners and trims before bonding.
3. Apply stone adhesive
Use the specified polymer-modified stone adhesive with a notched trowel. Press the panel firmly and keep the adhesive bed continuous.
4. Finish the joints
Butt panels neatly and finish visible gaps with a matching flexible sealant. Allow the adhesive to cure before loading the wall.
Final adhesive, substrate and sealing decisions should follow the project specification and the supplied technical data sheet.
