Product Overview
Traditional herringbone woven wall treatments often suffer from 'sagging' over time as the materials stretch and age. They are a magnet for dust and allergens, and they can't be used in wet or outdoor environments without rotting. Replacing a damaged section usually requires ripping out the entire wall because the new material won't match the old.
Our Woven panels feature a permanent herringbone woven pattern molded into a 600×1200mm flexible stone sheet. At 3.5-4.5mm thick, these panels offer the timeless look of a hand-woven fabric with the indestructible nature of stone. They are an excellent choice for offices, lounges, and corridors.

Why Choose RINSUN Woven?
01. Stable Geometry
The herringbone pattern is fixed into the modified clay and will never shift or distort. You get perfectly straight lines and consistent spacing for the life of the installation. It provides a structured, high-quality look that organic weaves can't maintain.
02. Allergy-Free Surface
Because our panels are non-porous and inorganic, they don't harbor dust mites or mold. This makes them a much better choice for modern office environments and homes with sensitive residents. You get the 'soft' look of fabric with a 'hard' hygienic surface.
03. Outdoor Versatility
You can bring the herringbone aesthetic to outdoor patios and building facades. These panels are UV-stable and weather-resistant, unlike real fabric or wood weaves. They add a high-end interior feel to your exterior spaces.
04. Impact and Scratch Resistance
The stone-composite material is much tougher than textile wall coverings. It stands up well to the bumps and scrapes of daily life in a busy office or hotel. If it does get marked, it can usually be cleaned with standard products.
05. Easy Joint Management
The 600×1200mm size is easy to handle and the pattern is designed to flow from one panel to the next. You can create large seamless-looking areas by carefully aligning the herringbone lines. It results in a clean, professional finish every time.
Woven: Product-specific comparison
This comparison is written for the selected flexible stone surface and its closest traditional alternative: quarried stone cladding.
| Point | This flexible stone | quarried stone cladding |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Woven — 600*1200, 3.5-4.5mm | Heavy quarried stone slab or veneer |
| Weight | Lightweight flexible stone panel | Much heavier stone assembly |
| Installation | Bond to a prepared wall | Specialist fixing or stone-setting system |
| Curves | Can follow suitable gentle curves | Rigid stone needs custom cutting |
| Maintenance | Product-specific cleaning and edge sealing | Stone sealing and joint maintenance |
Where this flexible stone fits
Luxury Hotel Guestrooms & Spas
Feature walls in guestrooms, spa reception areas, and executive lounges. The woven surface creates a craft, hand-made quality that mass-produced materials can't replicate.
High-End Retail Fitting Rooms & VIP Areas
Fitting room walls, VIP lounge cladding, and retail display backdrops where the surface needs to signal quality and craft at close viewing distance.
Residential Master Bedrooms & Living Areas
Accent walls in master bedrooms, living rooms, and home offices. The tactile surface works particularly well where furniture sits close to the wall.
Column Wraps & Curved Partitions
Structural columns, curved reception desk fronts, and room dividers where the weave pattern disguises the curve and the flexible backing eliminates joints.
Best suited to hospitality feature walls, retail displays, spa interiors and tactile residential accent walls. Available in 600*1200 (mm); 3.5-4.5mm profile; All regular colors. Confirm the format, adhesive and exposure requirements against the project spec before ordering.
Installation notes for Woven
1. Prepare the substrate
For Woven, use a sound, dry and clean wall. Remove loose finishes and correct dampness before bonding the 3.5-4.5mm flexible stone panel.
2. Plan the surface pattern
Dry-lay the 600*1200 pieces first. Check the repeat, edges and corner cuts before applying adhesive.
3. Apply stone adhesive
Use the specified polymer-modified stone adhesive with a notched trowel. Press the panel firmly and keep the adhesive bed continuous.
4. Finish the joints
Butt panels neatly and finish visible gaps with a matching flexible sealant. Allow the adhesive to cure before loading the wall.
Final adhesive, substrate and sealing decisions should follow the project specification and the supplied technical data sheet.
