Product Overview
Brick Mosaic takes the traditional brick-and-mortar surface and reinterprets it at mosaic scale — smaller units, tighter joints, pressed into a large-format flexible panel. The brick cells have a slightly irregular surface texture rather than a smooth face, referencing hand-made or reclaimed brick rather than machine-extruded. The mortar channels are recessed, consistent, and clean.
All regular colors, 1200×2900/3000mm, 3 to 6mm thick. The large format reduces the joint count on feature walls while the internal mosaic grid gives the surface the visual richness of individually laid brick. Used in restaurant and café feature walls, residential kitchens, and exterior retail facades where the brick aesthetic is wanted at a scale and budget that individual brick installation can't deliver.

- All regular colors — from classic red-brick tones to grey contemporary interpretations
Why Choose RINSUN Brick Mosaic?
01. Large-format panel, small-format surface — the best of both
Individual brick installation on a restaurant feature wall: several days, mortar mixing, skilled labor, curing time. Brick Mosaic: one panel covers roughly 3.5 m², one afternoon, standard adhesive. The surface looks like individual brickwork from across the room.
02. Irregular cell texture distinguishes it from factory-smooth brick products
Handmade and reclaimed brick have a surface variation that machine-extruded brick doesn't — small undulations, color variation within the cell face, slight edge roughness. We replicated that quality in the mold. It reads as honest and aged rather than manufactured.
03. Color range covers both traditional and contemporary brick palettes
Classic red brick, warm terracotta, pale grey, dark charcoal — the all-regular-colors specification covers the full brick palette. Choose the tone to match the design intent: traditional pub aesthetic, contemporary loft, or industrial industrial.
04. Fits standard residential and commercial installation timelines
No mortar curing, no grouting wait, no brick coursing alignment — Brick Mosaic installs with standard flexible stone adhesive and is ready for traffic within 24 hours of installation. On commercial renovation projects, that speed matters.
05. Exterior-rated — cafe and restaurant street frontages
UV-stable and frost-proof for exterior facade applications. The composite surface doesn't effloresce — no white salt bloom, no staining from mortar wash-out. A permanent exterior finish with no maintenance program.
Brick Mosaic: Product-specific comparison
This comparison is written for the selected flexible stone surface and its closest traditional alternative: hand-set mosaic or masonry pieces.
| Point | This flexible stone | hand-set mosaic or masonry pieces |
|---|---|---|
| Format | 1200*2900/3000 flexible stone panel | Many individual pieces with manual setting |
| Pattern | Pressed surface pattern with controlled registration | Depends on setting-out and installer skill |
| Programme | Large-area adhesive installation | Slow piece-by-piece placement and joint work |
| Substrate | Lightweight composite over a prepared wall | More weight from traditional masonry or stone |
| Wet areas | Seal edges and joints; non-porous face | Material-specific sealing and joint maintenance |

Installation notes for Brick Mosaic
1. Prepare the substrate
For Brick Mosaic, use a sound, dry and clean wall. Remove loose finishes and correct dampness before bonding the 3-6mm flexible stone panel.
2. Plan the surface pattern
Dry-lay the 1200*2900/3000 pieces first. Check the repeat, edges and corner cuts before applying adhesive.
3. Support deeper panels
For thick or high-relief panels, use two installers and temporary supports until the adhesive reaches handling strength.
4. Finish the joints
Butt panels neatly and finish visible gaps with a matching flexible sealant. Allow the adhesive to cure before loading the wall.
Final adhesive, substrate and sealing decisions should follow the project specification and the supplied technical data sheet.
